At NAZZ JEWELLERS every piece of jewellery is crafted with care and precision. To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we follow a strict return and cancellation policy.
Returns
Jewellery items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order (before dispatch).
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
