At NAZZ JEWELLERS every piece of jewellery is crafted with care and precision. To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we follow a strict return and cancellation policy.

 Returns

  • Jewellery items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings, nose pins, and piercing jewellery

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Sale or discounted items

 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

 Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order (before dispatch).

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
